Club Officers
Officers are elected by members of the aikido club at the club's Spring semester business meeting. Officer terms are one year long. The current officers are:

Instructors
Tom Krumroy
Tom sensei recently earned the rank of nidan, or second degree blackbelt, by testing with Saotome Shihan in Chicago. Tom is very active in the Cleveland aikido community, and also teaches children's aikido classes at the Cleveland Aikikai. Tom has been helping to teach at the Case aikido club since its inception, and has been Head Instructor for our club since Spring 2004.

Jim Klar, Jeff Hadley, Pat Tinkler
Jim, Jeff, and Pat senseis are the head instructors of the Cleveland Aikikai. Jim sensei holds the rank of 4th dan (yondan), while Jeff and Pat senseis both hold the rank of 3rd dan (sandan). Members of the Case Aikido Club will have regular contact with these senseis.
Mitsugi Saotome
Saotome sensei is the head of the Aikido Schools of Ueshiba (ASU). He was one of the original students of O'Sensei. Saotome sensei holds the rank of 8th dan, and teaches both at his dojo in Washington, D.C. and around the country and abroad at seminars.
Hiroshi Ikeda
Ikeda sensei is the head of the Boulder Aikikai in Boulder, Colorado. Ikeda sensei started his aikido career as a student of Saotome sensei in 1968. He holds the rank of 7th dan, and is the Shihan-Dai, or designated successor, to Saotome sensei. Ikeda Sensei manages BuJin Design and also travels around the country and abroad teachings seminars, including an annual seminar nearby at the Oberlin Aikikai
